The Details

Comprising a nine storey and 13 storey tower connected by a central podium, the property houses 253 student bedrooms and the Central School of Ballet.

The student bedrooms are split between self-contained one bedroom studio flats and two/three bedroom cluster units. The lower levels of the building provide a new 35,000 sq ft home for the Central School of Ballet.

Residents of the student accommodation, accessed from the Paris Gardens side, enjoy the use of roof gardens and a terrace. The south western and south eastern corners of the towers feature ‘living walls’ of greenery.
