The Details

The Paul Street scheme is a student accommodation development comprising 458 bedrooms and communal areas, accommodated in two, ten storey blocks and a Cat A office development comprising of 47,000 sq ft.

The development was fitted to an exceptionally high standard, with a high quality resident’s lounge, gym and quiet study rooms.

The project was built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating with green roofs, cycle storage and landscaped courtyards. Once operational, the scheme was acquired by Apache Capital.

Located in the Shoreditch area, the site is situated within five minutes’ walk of Old Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street underground stations. Several universities, including London Metropolitan University, City University and Cass Business School, are within a five to ten minute walk.
