The Details

Extending to approximately 50 storeys, it will provide 440,000 sq ft of private residential, affordable housing, office and retail space.

The Kohn Pedersen Fox designed scheme comprises two towers; 360 private residential units and 90 affordable residential units benefiting from diverse amenity space. It contains 35,000 sq ft of commercial B1 office space, 7,500 sq ft of retail space and parking for 107 cars.

The scheme was sold to a Middle East based developer with the benefit of planning. When sold, construction was due to begin in 2016.

Located in the Vauxhall Nine Elms regeneration area, the site is ideally positioned within Zone 1 directly opposite Vauxhall Station, from which London Underground trains, National Rail trains and London buses are all available.

Additionally, Vauxhall is easily accessible by major roads and the Thames Path pedestrian and bicycle path.
