McLaren Property Appoints Jon Mangham as Construction Director
McLaren Property has appointed Jon Mangham as Construction Director, responsible for overseeing a growing number of development opportunities in the North across McLaren Property, Living and Regeneration.
Jon joins the construction delivery team, reporting to Matthew Cova, Managing Director – Delivery and working alongside Construction Directors Mark Tunstall and Rob Auld.
Joining from Equans, part of Bouygue, Jon was Regional Director and had responsibility for setting up a Major Project Division within the Student Accommodation Sector. With over 35 years within the construction industry Jon has a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects.
Prior to Equans, Jon held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Wates Construction Ltd, with earlier experienced gained at Willmott Dixon Construction, Shepherd Construction and Costain Construction.

McLaren Property, Living and Regeneration projects include York Central, one of the UK’s largest and most exciting city centre regeneration schemes, set to transform 45 hectares of brownfield land into a brand-new quarter for the city; Wellington Square in Leeds which will deliver 464 build-to-rent homes and 364,000 sq ft of workspace and Upper Brook Street in Manchester, which will bring forward 737 student beds and 216,000 sq ft of life science space developed by Kadans Science Partner.
