Leeds City Council has approved plans submitted by McLaren Property to build a multi‐occupied workspace development in the city centre.

The site is located on a key gateway site in the heart of the Central Business District in the west end of Leeds City Centre, offering excellent transport links with Leeds train station within a 6 minute walk.
A detailed planning application was submitted in August 2019 for a 17 storey building comprising 330,000 sq ft of office space as well as flexible ground floor uses. The building will deliver a premium product in the Leeds office market offering tenants a large roof top terrace, large flexible office floor plates, managed entrance hub, high levels of tenant amenity space and generous basement parking for both cars and cycles.
